Returns and Refunds
Once you receive your order you have 5 days to return your order. If 5 days have passed since you have received your item, unfortunately you are not eligible to open a return request.
To complete your return, the return form provided must be filled out and all instructions on the form must be completed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all tags/labels attached and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be sent using a fully tracked and insured service. Royal Mail / UPS / DPD / DHL / Parcelforce. Returns must be returned in the same packaging provided by Nextshoess.
Nextshoess is not responsible for the postage expenses of the return.
Your item will be fully refunded as per the order. Once processed, please allow up to 12-18 business days for the payment to be applied back to the payment method.
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the order through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancelation fee is 15%.
Nextshoess now offers an exchange service! you may return the original item and fill the out the form with your desired exchange size. Once we have received your return, we will send the replacement. Sometimes the desired size may be sold out, we will contact you to discuss available options.
In the unlikely event, if the wrong size or product has been sent by Nextshoess, the customer must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed, only if the incorrect product or a faulty product is received.
